Ingredients

Making Soup

2 stick celery, roughly chopped
1 capsicum, red or green, roughly chopped
1 cucumber, skin on, roughly chopped
1 small onion, peeled and quartered
1 400gm tin diced tomatoes
1 V8 Tomato juice tetra pack 1Litre
2 level tablespoon French salad dressing., I think this sweetens. Any full flavoured dressing is good.
1 big splash of tabasco sauce , to taste

Recipe's preparation

Gazpacho Soup

Place onion, celery, cucumber and capsicum in TM bowl. CHop until finely shredded, about 10 secs on speed 6 - 10.

Add the tin tomatoes and whizz briefly at speed 4 to incorporate making sure no tomato chunks survive. Add the salad dressing and the V8 juice and the tabasco sauce. WHizz again on reverse at speed 1 for 1 minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.
