Ingredients

Soup

2 onions, peeled and quartered
3 or 4 cloves garlic, peeled
30 gram EVVO
1 carrot, quartered
1 parsnip, peeled and quartered
1 lebanese eggplant, quartered
4 or 5 sprigs Brocollini
1 tomato, diced
1 --- cup corn kernels
500 gram strong chicken stock
1 tbsp vege stock
300 gram Chicken Fillets, diced

Recipe's preparation

Method:

1. Place onions and garlic in the TM bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down. Add oil and sauté 3 min/speed 2/100ºC.

2. Add carrot, parsnip, eggplant and brocollini. Chop 3 sec/speed 5. Then add all other ingredients. Cook 20 min/speed 2 reverse/100ºC.
