  • 1 packages Vegetable stock cube
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 400 g boiled water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation





      1. boil water in the kettle



      2. add broccoli to the thermomix



      3. chop on speed 6 for 3-5 seconds to roughly chop


      4. mix stock cube with hot water until dissolved


      5. add coconut milk, and stock, and black pepper to thermomix



      6. cook on varoma setting, speed 3, for 9 mins



      7. add crumbled blue cheese to taste (I like it strong so use 120g)





      8. mix on speed 2-3 to combine intially, before slowly increasing to speed 10 for 10-15 secs to blend





      9. add salt to taste


      10. garnish with bacon bits and freshly cracked black pepper
