Mushroom Soup

  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 750 g chicken stock
  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add onion (quartered) Chop 5 seconds / Sp 5
  2. Open lid and scrape sides down
  3. Add 1 TBS olive oil
  4. Add 250g mushrooms
  5. Chop 5 seconds / Sp 5
  6. Open lid, scrape sides down
  7. Cook 3 min / 100 C / Sp3
  8. Add 50g Flour
  9. Cook 2 min/100 C/sp3
  10. Gradually add 750g stock through lid during the next step
  11. Cook further 8min/100C/sp3
  12. Add 1 tsp salt and pinch black pepper
  13. Blend 10 sec/sp8
  14. Add 250g milk
  15. Add 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  16. Cook further 5min/90C/sp3
