Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This was absolutely delicious and passed the 'fusspot' test for my 12 and 3 year old. I didn't have zuchinni and so left it out. I also didn't have fresh turmeric, so I subbed a drop of food grade essential oil. So quick and easy and tasty. I seasoned the chicken very well with herbamare, italian herbs and pepper. I used my vegetable stock made in thermie. My 12 yr old fusspot loved it so much she said she will learn how to make it.

I made this soup but I cooked the chicked thigh pieces in the soup without cutting them up. At the end when I blended the soup the chicken was just nicely shredded. Very nice soup.
