Raw Tomato and Chilli Soup

  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 l ebanese cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small red capsicum
  • 1 cup fresh coriander or basil, or a mixture of both
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pulp and juice of 2 small lemons
  • 55 g olive oil
  • 55 g nama shoyu
  • 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Recipe's preparation

  1. Finely slice some of the red capsicum and celery to use as a garnish

    Cut vegetables into chunks and place in the TM bowl with all remaining ingredients

    Blend for 1 minute on speed 9

    Serve cold or heat for 20 minutes at 37°
