- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 lebanese cucumber
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small red capsicum
- 1 cup fresh coriander or basil, or a mixture of both
- 3 cloves garlic
- pulp and juice of 2 small lemons
- 55 g olive oil
- 55 g nama shoyu
- 1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Recipe's preparation
Finely slice some of the red capsicum and celery to use as a garnish
Cut vegetables into chunks and place in the TM bowl with all remaining ingredients
Blend for 1 minute on speed 9
Serve cold or heat for 20 minutes at 37°
