- 1 celery stick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 40g Butter
- 2 onions
- 1000g chicken stock liquid

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven 200deg
Chop sweet potato, carrot, celery,onion into bite sized pieces.
Place on tray
Drizzle 2 tbsp oil over veggies
Roast 40min 200g
Place veggies into bowl, chop 10sec, sp7
Add 1000g chicken stock liquid
40g butter
1tbsp ginger
2 tbsp honey
Cook 20min, 100deg, sp1
Add 50g cream
Blend 1 min, gradually from sp1 to sp5.5
