Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 190.
Mill the buckwheat for 10 secs on speed 10.
Add the flour, yeast, oil, salt and water and mix on speed 5 for 10 secs.
Knead dough on "Dough mode" for 2 mins. Leave to rise in bowl or in thermomat.
Pop into the oven and cook for about 15-20 mins until golden brown !!!

I have not put this recipe in nor have i cooked it, I am just leting you know what I think. I am also not sure on milling when I have made bread before & it says mill I put time in then turn it to 9 as I think milling is the word for whats hapening to the grain. The wholemeal flour not been used might affect the taste you could only try.

Can't wait to try these but I'm a bit confused about the buckwheat in the method and the wholemeal flour in the list of ingredients. Is that a typo or am I not understanding correctly?
