Recipe's preparation

  1. Add water, yeast, salt and olive oil. 2min/37Warm Up/speed 1Counter-clockwise operation
  2. Add flour. Mix 20 sec/speed 5Counter-clockwise operation
  3. KneadDough mode/2mins
  4. Transfer onto silicon mat, roll into a ball, wrap and place in a warm spot to double in size. 30km a depending on ambient temp.
  5. Roll dough out into a large rectangle, the size of the thermo mat. Cut into 12 strips (on the short length). Then top with desired toppings, leaving a gap to seal.
  6. Place 12 scrolls onto a greased baking tray, and put into a cold oven and bake for 20 mins at 200 degrees - turning once.

Tip

Use whatever filling you want - I used pizza sauce, tomato, onions, olive and cheese.
