If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Tear up bread and chop 10sec/speed6 to make your breadcrumbs.
TURKEY:
2. add onoin and pistachio and chop speed 7/ 3 sec
3. add all other ingredients and blitz on speed 6/ 1 minute. Use spatular to create movement in the bowl if needed.
4. Roll into bite sized meat balls onto a lined tray.
5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes @ 190c.
CHICKEN:
2. add onion, walnuts, apricot, parsley, garlic speed 7/ 3 seconds
3. add remaining ingredients and combine speed 5/10 sec. Repeat if necessary.
4. Roll into bite sized meat balls onto a lined tray.
5. Bake in oven for 30 minutes @ 190c

Tip
- You can pan fry the meatballs in batches for 6-8 minutes until cooked trhough.
- Serve chicken meatballs with apple sauce & tukey meatballs with cranberry sauce.
