Nachos
- 50 g cheese, cubed
- 1/2 onion, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic
- 450 g mixed vegetables ( e.g. capsicum, mushroom, carrot), diced
- 100 g Tomato Ketchup (from EDC p.61) or Tomato Conserve (EDC p.62)
- 1 tsp Praprika
- 1 1/2 tsp basil, dried
- 1 tsp oregano, dired
- 1 tsp parsely, dried
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp veg stock from EDC
- 400 grams tin red kidney beans, almost completly drained
- 1 bag of corn chips
- sour cream, optional
- guacamole from EDC, optional
- 25 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation
Place chese into bowl. 6 sec, spped 7. Put aside.
Place onion and garlic into bowl. 5 sec, speed 6.
Add oil to bowl. 3 min, temp 100, speed 1.
Add vegetables. 7 min, temp 100, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 1.
Add herbs and spices and tom ketchup or conserve. 4 min, "Counter-clockwise operation" , temp 100, speed 1. Remove mixture from bowl.
Cover bottom of baking dish with corn chips. Place vegetable mixture on top.
Add red kidney beans and cream cheese to bowl. 6 secs, speed 7. Scrape down sides.
Spread bean mixture on top of vegetable mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Place nachos in 180° oven for 15 minutes. Remove.
Top with desitred amount of sour cream and/or guacamole.
10. Eat and enjoy with a tasty beverage!
