Recipe's preparation
put flour,butter,sugar in jug and mix 10sec/speed5
add egg and water and put on interval speed till pastry forms look through lid
split into two and put in slice or i used square tin,then put cherries in and top with second pastry i rolled out ueing a little extra flour
sprinkle well with raw sugar
cook medium oven for 15-20mins
I used sweet frozen cherries

Absolutely love this recipe and it’s a hit with everyone I served it too. It’s very easy to prepare, can be made with other fruit such as berries and served with or without a dollop of cream.

Good recipe. I added ground almonds to both the pastry and over the cherries. Next time I will add a little sugar over the cherries as although they were big the could be a little sweeter. Delicious outcome and it went in no time.
