Apple pancakes with cinnamon butter

Ingredients

  • 1-2 apples
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 360 grams plain flour
  • 1 level tablespoon baking powder
  • 250 grams Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 30 grams oil

Cinnamon butter

  • 120 grams unsalted butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe's preparation

    Pancakes
  1. 1. Cut apples into 1/4s and core..peel if you wish..I don't.

    2. Add to Closed lid along with the sugar and blitz sp 5/3-5 secs

    3. Add remainder and blend sp4 / Counter-clockwise operation / 10 secs

    4. Heat a heavy based frypan and grease lightly. Drop tablespoons onto pan and flip when golden.

     

  2. Cinnamon butter
  3. 1. Combine all ingredients in Closed lid.

    2. Cream sp4.5 / 20-30 secs. Scrape and repeat if neccessary.

Tip

Serve warm pancakes smothered with cinnamon butter and drizzled with maple syrup..or try them with bacon and maple syrup..
