Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
The ingredients will shred a little in the TM. I actually like it this way so I cut my chicken small to encourage it. If you prefer not to have it break up, try adding your butterfly to step 3 of the sauce directions, and make sure your chicken is cut large-ish. Check the chicken is cooked through though as my recipe is based on 2x2cm sized pieces.
Serve with regular pasta if you like.
The dish does create a beautiful juice which I embrace as a flavour bomb, but if you don't like the idea of any juice in your bowl, strain some out before serving.
