  • 1 sweet potato, Cut into 1-2 cm pieces
  • 1 carrot, Cut into 1-2 cm pieces
  • 1 onion, Quartered
  • 2 pieces garlic
  • 1 zucchini, Cut roughly 2 cm pieces

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  1. Place sweet potato, carrot, onion, garlic, zucchini, chives, salt and pepper into bowl.
    Select 10 seconds, speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.
    Break four eggs into bowl and mix for 10 seconds, speed 3.
    Add one cup of grated cheese and one cup of SR Flour to bowl.
    Mix for 30 seconds, reverse, speed 3.
    Pour into a greased lasagne dish and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees Celsius.

    Need to grate the cheese and set aside at the beginning. Also the mixture seemed a bit dry so I added some more eggs and a bit of olive oil
