If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Grate cheese 10 seconds speed 5 set aside
Chop roast meat and onion 7 seconds speed 4 - can vary depending on texture preferred, set aside.
Add milk, flour, egg and stock paste to bowl mix 20 sec speed 3.
Add meat and onion mix and cheese to bowl mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 30 seconds.
cook in frypan oiled.
delicious hot with a salad or cold for lunches th next day. you can use any leftover meat or even add corn.
Fritters can be kept warm in a thermoserver with some paper towel on the bottom

Great Fritters!
3/4 of the family loved it!!! I used corn beef and parmesan cheese but only half the amount.
edit - added extra egg and 1tsp of onion powder, used GF self raising flour.
