- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can Chickpeas, (400g tin drained)
- 30 g lemon juice, (1 medium lemon)
- 40 g Tahini Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumun
- 1/2 teaspoon ground corriander
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 20 g water
- Season, (to taste)
- 1 pinch paprika, (for dressing)
Recipe's preparation
1. Chop garlic 6 sec speed 6
2. Add chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, cumun, corriander, paprika and salt/pepper blend for 20 sec speed 4
3. Scrape down sides
4. Add water blend 30 sec speed 4
5. Put in a dish and sprinkle with a pinch of paprika and sprig of parsley to dress, with your choice of celery, carrots, or crackers to dip

Tip
This is delicious without any oil but if you like the traditional full fat variation then add 20g olive oil in step 2.
You can also drizzle a further 10g of olive oil on the final dish to dress.
