With pineapples in season I tried this lovely recipe; few adaptations with my own herbs. I just wasn't sure with the TM6 what speed I should have put the thermomix at? The pineapple chunks needed to be broken down further so I up'd the speed just for that for 7 sec at 4.5. Then proceeded with the 60min 100deg at speed 1. Delish!

This recipe is amazing, have made it twice in a week as all my friends are taking it home. I swapped out the sugar for coconut sugar in one batch and honey in the other.
