Recipe's preparation
Place peas, mint, salt and pepper into bowl.
Speed 10 for 30 seconds. This makes pea snow.
Scrape sides down.
Add stock to pre boiled water in separate jug, stir and then add into bowl. This cuts down on cooking time and allows the peas to remain a bright green.
Cooking for 8 minutes, 100degree, speed 1.
Serve in bowls and place a dollop of yoghurt with each.
