Great recipe, enjoyed by the
Great recipe, enjoyed by the whole family (including a fussy almost 9 year old). I made it using the TM5. I put in way less stock than in the recipe, to reduce the amount of salt. The vegetables in themselves give enough flavour, in my opinion. Instead of Varoma setting, I'm tempted to set it at 100 or 120 degrees, as I'm a bit worried about using Varoma with the lid on instead of the Varoma dish. Also, I might add in some red lentils next time, to make it a meal complete with protein.

Unfortunately, the flavours are too confused for my personal liking. I found that it was TOO full of flavour. Overall, the recipe was easy to follow and I'm happy that it worked at least. (only had the T5 for 2days now).

A lovely soup, much nicer than just leek and potato. I combined this with salmon and vegetables in the Veroma and the whole meal was delicious.

I didn't read the recipe right and put the leeks and potatoes and onion and garlic all in together and chopped them. Worked out perfect that way also. Was devoured by some happy campers. They loved it.

My goodness gracecious,
My goodness gracecious, GoodnessGracious - this was divine - so creamy with no cream, so bursting with flavour. Such a simple but worthwhile twist on the good old potato and leek which I generally find leaves me wishing for flavour. Thanks!
