Spinach, rocket and basil pesto
- 15 g Parmesan cheese
- 100 g Fresh Baby Spinach
- 100 g rocket leaves
- 60 g fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, crushed
- 30 g pine nuts
- 40 g olive oil

- Place parmesan in bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- Add spinach and rocket and chop for 30 seconds on speed 7.
- Add basil, garlic, pinenuts and oil to bowl. Mix for 1 minute on speed 7.
- Scrape down sides of bowl. Mix again for 1 minute on speed 8 this time.
- Decant into a jar or container. Use as a dip, pasta sauce or a pizza base spread.
