Add dates to your bowl & blitz on speed 8 for 15 seconds or until smoothish.
Now add remaining ingredients & cook for 7 minutes 90degrees speed 1.
Add banana & blitz until consistancy required

Thank you! I have a heap of over ripe bananas and was looking for recipes other than banana bread and thought I would give this a try for my 16 month old. He loves it. Super easy and quick...and yummy. I did halve the cornflour for a runnier consistency but that is just a matter of preference. Thank you!
