Liz, did you end up getting an answer .. 1/2 a pumpkin is not quite an indication of how much pumkin is needed - they vary in sizes an varieties so much ?

By 1/2 pumpkin do you mean 1/2 cup or 1/2 a whole pumpkin?

    Sorry I am a newbie.

  • A perfect mix for my 5 1/2

    Submitted by Yetta on 18. September 2014 - 16:58.

A perfect mix for my 5 1/2 month old granson .. . I did not have pumpkin and it was still great if doubling the butternut! Love ! A great variation  is to leave the pear/apple out and add baby spinach and peas - a handfull of each!
