Ingredients

1 bottle(s)

Prune Juice Concentrate

  • 6 pieces pitted prunes
  • .25 litres water, 1 cup

Recipe's preparation

    Prune Juice Concentrate
  1. Add ingredients to bowl

  2. 70 degrees Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting 5 minutes - liquid should resemble dark tea colour
  3. Separate liquid concentrate from prunes
    4. Prune Juice Drink
  4. Add 5ml (1 tsp) prune Concentrate to 20ml (4 tsp) cooled boiled water
    5. Reserved prunes
  5. Puree cooked prunes speed 5 for 3 seconds
    Add prune purée to porridge, cereal, other fruit/veggie blends etc
