Recipe's preparation
- Grease and line a slice tin.
Preheat the oven to 170°C, convection
1. Combine flour, sugar and butter 15secs/sp4.5
2. Add the beaten egg combined with the essence 20secs/sp4.5
3. Press into the prepared plan
4. Spread with the jam
Topping:
1. Beat the egg and essence 5secs/sp4
2. Add the coconut 15secs/sp4
3. Spread evenly over the base
Bake app. 35mins or until golden.
Cool in the pan before cutting.
