  • 80 grams Desiccated Coconut, Plus some reserved for rolling

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Place Oats into the bowl and mill to a course flour 30S/Sp 9

    2. Add Sultanas, apricots and coconut and turbo 1 sec twice.

    3. Add banana and turbo 1 sec once.

    4. Spoon teaspoon amounts and roll into the coconut into balls.

Tip

If mixture is too sticky add more oats or coconut.

Store in fridge either straight away to harden up or eat as is. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze.

Can add your own fruit or nuts for a variation.

    Delicious and very easy to make, I used whatever fruit I had available, so added some Apricot pieces, sultanas and cranberries...I put these in moulds for nice snack sized bars tmrc_emoticons.)
