This is now my go to savoury muffin recipe - they are always so light and moist and tasty. I've experimented with different vegies and the kids are still none the wiser!

I've tried with half a carrot and a chunk of zucchini, and omitted the onion and my kids gobble them up.

I always have some in the freezer to pop into lunchboxes and I eat them warm smothered in butter. yum!

    YUUUUM!!!

I only used half an onion but added half a carrot. I also used some parmesan and just reduced the cheddar. The kids and I are really enjoying them warm from the oven!

And so quick and easy to make. Thanks for the share.

Terrific recipe - have made twice in the past three weeks - they don't last long. I like the parmesan on the top - gives them a little crunch

I forgot to put the cheese in, so I just added to the top. Still tasted yummy 😀

Tasted yummy, easy to mak.  Put them in paper patty cases which they stuck to.  Next time will grease them
