Scones

  • 1 --- egg
  • 2 --- Rashers of Bacon
  • 250 g Milk (Any)
  • 125 g Self Raising Flour
  • 125 g Cheddar grated

Recipe's preparation

    Cheese and bacon scones
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease a 12 hole patty pan tin 

  2. Place bacon in mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds / speed 6

    Scrap down sides with spatula

  3. Add remaining ingreditions  Counter-clockwise operation 10 seconds / speed 4

  4. Spoon mixture into greased patty pan tin and cook for 18mins or until golden brown

Best served warm

Add 125g tin of corn kernels for some added texture

    Just delicious!! I increased the SR flour to 200g as it was a bit runny. Only made 10. Definitely a winner in my house.
