I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add diced chicken, cheese, breadcrumbs, spinach and stock to the TM bowl. Mix for 12 seconds on speed 6 until chicken is minced and all the ingredients are well combined.
Cut pastry sheets in half longways (will end up with 6 strips).
Split chicken mixture between each strip and spread out in the middle.
Roll and cut each strip into mini sausage rolls (4-6 pieces).
Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using). Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip
[[wysiwyg_imageupload:1373:]]for a "greener" filling, make your handfuls of baby spinach large.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Made these today and wow! Spectacular! Added carrot zucchini an egg and dash of BBQ sauce. Halved the recipe and it still made 4 larger and 16 smaller rolls! So glad I now have some in freezer for the future!
Honestly these are sooo good. Have made them many times, changing it up each time based on what I have. Today I added carrot, zucchini, bacon, subbed half parmesan cheese & cheddar, and a dash of bbq sauce. So good!
Absolute winner! I did 200g tasty cheese and 50g parmesan cheese. Also used a carrot and handful of fresh parsley because i didnt have any spinach. Enjoyed by everyone!
Delicious, and so easy! I used homemade breadcrumbs from my leftover homemade bread! Made my own quick puff pastry, and Used frozen spinach, and otherwise followed the recipe exactly as is. These are delicious!!!! So quick and easy to make

evajune: That is a shame, I haven't had any feedback about that before. Hopefully you still enjoyed them!!
WOW these are so tasty! Took them to a party and they were the first thing that disappeared as everyone devoured them!! Thank you for a great recipe!
My 2 year old and husband LOVE these. I also add an egg, zucchini and carrot as per previous comments.
My thermo couldnt mix this all together? I tried assisting with the tool but it just kept revving with no movement. Too thick I had to mix a lot by hand. But in the oven now so hopefully tastes good !
