Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add diced chicken, cheese, breadcrumbs, spinach and stock to the TM bowl. Mix for 12 seconds on speed 6 until chicken is minced and all the ingredients are well combined.
Cut pastry sheets in half longways (will end up with 6 strips).
Split chicken mixture between each strip and spread out in the middle.
Roll and cut each strip into mini sausage rolls (4-6 pieces).
Brush with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using). Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Your advice would be great. Cheers Lucinda

I made these for a first birthday party. A very easy recipe. I added garlic, onion, zucchini, tarragon with peri peri spice mix. Next time fresh breadcrumbs as l felt maybe a little dry with normal packet breadcrumbs. I did double ingredients so maybe that’s why a bit dry. People commented they were very tasty 😋 thanks for sharing.

Easy and tasty. Added zucchini and carrot as well as parsley and spinach. Only used 1/2 the amount of cheese and breadcrumbs. Added 1/2 an egg and used the other half mixed with a bit of milk to brush the top for extra colour. I freeze flat on trays and then put in plastic bags for ease of storing in freezer. Thanks for the recipe

Made these in the bowl straight after I made my veggie stock paste. No waste! Added some veggies that needed using: spring onion, garlic, mushroom. Bloody beautiful! Made 24 decent sized pieces. Can see me making the mix as patties/rissoles too. Great flavour and texture. Fussy hubby loved them, thank you!

Quite lovely. I added an egg into the mix (felt a bit dry without it), along with half a zucchini, some BBQ sauce and a few shakes of 'smoky bbq' seasoning. Really yummy.

These are delicious, I’ve just made a big batch to freeze for school lunchboxes. My breadcrumbs also had garlic, parsley, paprika and oregano, so they are very tasty. Had to cook for about 35 mins to get them to brown, but it didn’t dry out the meat. Had a bit of leftover meat, so I made some meatballs, which were also scrumptious.
Will definitely make these again.

I added spring onions, curry, worchestershire sauce for added flavour but still found these to be bland and very cheesy. They were hard and rather dry despite only using 80 g panko breadcrumbs. I’m not a fan I’m afraid.
