      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in Thermomix bowl and mix for 5 sec/speed 5. Add a little more time if necessary to mix thoroughly.

     2. Tip into greased and lined lamington tin (base measures 16 cm x 26 cm).

     3. Cook for 26 mins at 180°.

Cut into squares and serve with butter. Delicious with my Chilli Bean Soup recipe.

I used flavorful cheese, but still wish I would have added some salt. The consistency was VERY dense, would not use as much creamed corn. Would look for a lighter, more fluffy consistency recipe for my next try.
