Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 65 g Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g Milk
  • 225 g Gluten free plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weight the butter into the thermomix bowl.  Melt the butter for 3 min/60 degrees/speed 2.  

     

    Add the remaining ingredients starting with the milk.  Mix for 30 sec/speed 6 or until combined.  

     

    Cook the waffles in a waffle maker according to the manufacturers instructions.

    I used soy milk in place of the milk.

    I chopped up bacon and onion which I put into the waffle maker first for 1 minute before adding the batter - the result --- yummy savoury bacony waffles Cooking 7

    Very very nice, turned out fluffy on the inside & golden on the outside from the waffle maker. Added bonus of no sugar - so can have it with berries ect, or bacon! Many thanks!!!
