    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    LCHF broccoli bake
  1. grease the dish 20-20cm with plenty butter,pre heat oven 180 fan
    cube cheese and grate 10secs speed 8 set aside
    cut stalks off broccoli and chop 3secs speed 5
    add rest brocolli pieces and chop aprox 3secs speed 4 lower speed if unsure as you dont want mush :/
    add the eggs cheese season and then mix 3-5secs/rev till combined

    pour into dish add sliced pepper ontop and cook for approx 20-30mins it puffs up when ready
