- 80 g Parmesan cheese, cubed

- 60 g golden flax seeds
- 4 tsp sweet paprika

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place parmesan, almonds, flax seeds, herbs and spices into Thermomix bowl and mill 15 seconds/speed 9.
2. Add lupin flakes, sesame and hemp seeds and salt and mix a further 10 seconds/speed 3.

Tip
Store in a jar in the fridge. Use as you would normal crumbing mix.
You can also mix half and half with regular bread crumbs.
