  • 6 eggs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 zucchini, large, roughly chopped
  • 1 carrot, large, roughly chopped
  • 1 brown onion, cut in half
  • 4 bacon rasher, shortcut, roughly chopped
  • 60 g Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup paleo friendly oil, (eg, olive, coconut, almond)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180c. Grease muffin tins (makes - 10, depending on size of tray)
    1. Put garlic, zucchini, carrot, onion, bacon in bowl and chop 5 seconds, speed 5.
    2. Add eggs. Mix 5 secs, speed 2.5.
    3. Add remaining ingredients, blend 10 seconds, speed 5.
    4. Pour into muffin tins. Cook 40 mins, 180c.

Tip

Keep in fridge 4-5 days, or freeze to eat later. I think they taste better cold.
