  • 150g plain flour
  • 30g self-raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 125g Butter, Cold, chopped
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, Finely grated
  • 100g Tasty cheese, Grated
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Italian dried mixed herbs

Sprinkle

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • pinch Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. 1. Blend dough 30secs/sp4

    2. Tip onto a lightly floured bench and shape into 2 logs. Wrap tightly in cling film and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    3. Preheat the oven to 200°C regular oven.

    4. Line baking trays with baking paper.

    5. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolls into 3mm slices and place on prepared trays.

    3. Combine the sprinkle ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle the top of each cracker.

    4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.

    5. Cool on a wire rack.

    6. Store in an airtight container.
