    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Love it! Works with pumpkin seeds or almonds too instead of sunflower seeds! I do add extra garlic and other herbs and this time nutritional yeast which worked well. Thank you!

Fantastic recipe - great for our GF friends.  So tasty, and healthy too.  I added more garlic, rosemary and chilli!  Moreish, just on their own.

So simple and tasty. Perfect texture for Dips (especially Thai variation of Basic Cookbook Hummus) or with any kind of cheese.

Friends who eat Gluten marvelled at how good these were. They're definitely not just for those who have to be Gluten Free, "normal" people love them too.

Terrific thanks! I won't add the salt on top next time as I think they are flavoursome enough.

Really delicious cracker. I rolled them to between 1mm and 2mm thick as I wanted a cracker I could use for cheese or dips. However, it is probably too tasty! I am going to use this recipe as my base and experiment with different, more bland / less tasty, additives until I find the perfect cheese cracker.
