Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients in TM bowl in order given.
Process for 10 secs on sp 5.
Scrape down sides, process for a further 5 secs if you want a very smooth pate.
Transer into serving dish and enjoy with oatcakes (made in Thermi) crostini,crackers or pizza bianca (made in Thermi).

Made this very easy salmon pate. Used normal tasmanian smoked salmon as I could not find NZ hot-smoked salmon. I left it a little tecture. If wanting is smoother do a second 10sec @ speed 5.
