For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Grate 200g cheese (cubed) for 5 secs speed 6 and put aside in seperate bowl.
2. Do not clean bowl.
3. Add handful of basil and blitz 3 secs speed 6.
4. Add 2 eggs and 100g plain flour and mix for 5 secs speed 3
5. Add half the grated cheese, spaghetti meat sauce (bolognese) and cooked pasta mix on reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" , 10 secs, speed 2
6. Spoon into prepared muffin moulds and top with remaining grated cheese
7. Bake 10-15mins at 200°C (fan forced oven)
