      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Grate 200g cheese (cubed) for 5 secs speed 6 and put aside in seperate bowl.
    2. Do not clean bowl.
    3. Add handful of basil and blitz 3 secs speed 6.
    4. Add 2 eggs and 100g plain flour and mix for 5 secs speed 3
    5. Add half the grated cheese, spaghetti meat sauce (bolognese) and cooked pasta mix on reverse Counter-clockwise operation , 10 secs, speed 2
    6. Spoon into prepared muffin moulds and top with remaining grated cheese
    7. Bake 10-15mins at 200°C (fan forced oven)
