TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Preheat oven 200˚C
Add Spelt, Buckwheat & Oats. Mill for 45 second speed 10
Add remaining dry ingredients, mix 10 Seconds, Speed 3
Add Water and Oil, Mix 20 Seconds, Speed 2.5.
Divide mixure in two. Roll out one half thinly (I use two pieces of baking paper), put onto tray, using a knife, line the dough into the shape you want your crackers (squares/rectangles). if you wanted you could use cookie cutter.
Bake for 10 -15 mins or until golden on top, and repeat with second half of dough.
This can be done with either TM 5 or TM 31.
