  • Tasty Filling! I substituted

    Tasty Filling!

I substituted the onion with a leek which gave the mix a lovely sweetness. I prefer to fold the pastry into parcels.

  • Delicious! Used about 150/200

    Submitted by bethbethbethbeth on 31. October 2015 - 13:29.

Delicious! Used about 150/200 grams of frozen spinach as I didn't have fresh, and added it to the oil / onion step. Added one carrot, chopped up before ricotta / feta / dill step and added a handful of frozen peas at add in cooled spinach step.

Consistancey was great for my toddlers! Thanks!

Yum! These were great. Next time I'll try to squeeze more liquid from spinach mixture to make them neater. Added salt, pepper and a good pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Thanks!

  • Great recipe! There was a lot

    Submitted by Dee82 on 8. May 2015 - 18:36.

Great recipe! There was a lot of spinach so I cooked it on speed 2 instead of speed 1 and for another few minutes. Won't brush pastry with egg next time either. I made my own ricotta from a recipe on here - easy!

These were delish! I upped the feta to 100g and added half a zucchini. Also used homemade ricotta from recipe community.
