- 1/4 bunch english spinach
- 4 shallots
- 2 clove garlic
- 80 grams chia seeds
- 80 grams sunflower seeds
- 75 grams pumpkin seeds
- 50 grams LSA (blended linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
- 1 tsp dulse flakes
- 1 tsp savoury yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp rock salt
- 130 grams water

Recipe's preparation
This is an adaption from the I quit sugar cook book
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Place spinach, shallots and garlic in thermomix and chop 6 seconds, speed 6.
Add all the seeds, LSA, dulse, yeast and salt and mix 6 seconds, speed 5.Add water and mix again for 5 seconds, speed 5.
Spread onto a lined tray about 1/2 cm thick. Cook for about 30 minutes. Remove and slice into crackers, flip over and bake for another 25 minutes
