Spinach and Seed Crackers

Crackers

  • 1/4 bunch english spinach
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 80 grams chia seeds
  • 80 grams sunflower seeds
  • 75 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams LSA (blended linseeds, sunflower seed, almonds)
  • 1 tsp dulse flakes
  • 1 tsp savoury yeast flakes
  • 1/2 tsp rock salt
  • 130 grams water

Recipe's preparation

  1. This is an adaption from the I quit sugar cook book

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees.  

    Place spinach, shallots and garlic in thermomix and chop 6 seconds, speed 6.

    Add all the seeds, LSA, dulse, yeast and salt and mix 6 seconds, speed 5.


    Add water and mix again for 5 seconds, speed 5.


    Spread onto a lined tray about 1/2 cm thick.  Cook for about 30 minutes.  Remove and slice into crackers, flip over and bake for another 25 minutes
