- 600 grams chicken breast
- 200 grams chicken thigh

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place corriander, spring onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, lime juice, fish sauce, coconut sugar, and lemon grass in bowl and mix on speed 9/3 secs or until a paste is formed
Put the Thai paste in a separate bowl. Add both chicken breast and thigh to mixing bowl and mince 8 secs/speed 8
Add Thai paste to chicken mince, salt and pepper to taste and mix 10 secs/speed 8 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Put a peice of greaseproof paper on the varoma tray. Get a teaspoon of the chicken mixture on a roll into a ball and place on Varoma tray.
Once all the mixture has been used. Clean out the mixing bowl and add 600g water. Place Varoma with the chicken balls on top. Cook 20mins/varoma/speed2
