      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Turn on oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Add cheese to bowl. Mix for 6 seconds on speed 7. Put in a bowl to the side.
  3. Add onion and ham to bowl. (NOTE - if using shaved ham or bacon, just cut up into pieces and don't add to this step). Mix for 3 seconds on speed 5.
  4. Add eggs, garlic, chives, chopped cheese, chopped shaved ham/bacon (if not included in above step) and salt and pepper.
Mix 5 seconds, REVERSE, speed 4.
  5. Lay out bread onto oven tray. Spread tomato relish on the bread (optional/you can use anything). Spread mixture onto bread. Top with salt and pepper and BBQ sauce (optional).
  6. Cook in the oven until just going golden (approx 20 minutes - check at 15 mins). Once cooked, put onto cooling rack so the bread doesn't go soggy. Enjoy!!
