Ingredients
Toasties
- 300 g cheese, Cut into cubes
- 0.5 onion
- 100 g Ham (chunk), Cut into pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 heaped tablespoons crushed garlic
- 8 sprigs chives, Chopped (optional)
- 12 slices bread
- tomato relish, (optional)
- Bbq sauce, (optional)

- Turn on oven to 180 degrees.
- Add cheese to bowl. Mix for 6 seconds on speed 7. Put in a bowl to the side.
- Add onion and ham to bowl. (NOTE - if using shaved ham or bacon, just cut up into pieces and don't add to this step). Mix for 3 seconds on speed 5.
- Add eggs, garlic, chives, chopped cheese, chopped shaved ham/bacon (if not included in above step) and salt and pepper.
Mix 5 seconds, REVERSE, speed 4. - Lay out bread onto oven tray. Spread tomato relish on the bread (optional/you can use anything). Spread mixture onto bread. Top with salt and pepper and BBQ sauce (optional).
- Cook in the oven until just going golden (approx 20 minutes - check at 15 mins). Once cooked, put onto cooling rack so the bread doesn't go soggy. Enjoy!!
Tip
You can freeze toasties, and re-heat in the toaster.
