    Simple. Delicious. Dangerous!
Yum and super easy to make. Made couple of times and first time lemonade was a bit flat and did affect the rise. Yes the mix is a bit sticky but flour your worktop and cutter well and happy days. I made 9 and they were huge. Perfect greedy size 😄

I make these if we have left over lemonade from BBQ or parties and they're very tasty. Have made without cream and used whole milk instead. Need to adjust flour amounts as dough can be too sticky but still turn out great

I made these tonight and I have to say that they are the best scones I've ever made, hands down! I've made scones using other recipes and they have been good but nothing compared to these ones. The whole family love them tmrc_emoticons.D I did have to add a bit extra flour because the mixture was a bit wet. It can happen depending on your flour, doesn't worry me any & from the looks on my families faces we are definitely going to be using this recipe a lot! Thanks for putting this up on the recipe board.

This recipe obviously was not tested.

This dough comes out extremely wet, I had to add at least another cup of flour to get it off my bench!

Makes 24 and rises nicely in the oven although I removed after 12-13mins to avoid the bottoms from burning.

They did cook through and taste nice with jam and cream.

    Delicious!
I made these - being my first ever attempt at home made scones... they turned out so GOOD!! Taste great with home made raspberry jam.
My batch made lots!! So placed left overs in some zip lock bags and popped in the freezer.
Pulled them out when required - didn't take long to defrost.

    Submitted by chookadook on 12. October 2016 - 19:38.

Quick and easy, the perfect scone recipe! Kept well for the 2 days they lasted in our house. Would note that the dough is very sticky, a heavily floured surface is required for cutting and i also covered the top in flour and lightly rolled out with a rolling pin.

My 83 year old father is the lemonade scone king!

He wasn't sure that using this recipe and a thermomix could make them any better but it has proved him wrong.

Easy, quick, less mess and they rose amazingly. Light and fluffy and he made them with my support but he made them!

We added dates and the KING was impressed. How good is that!

    Absolutely Fantastic.

I made these today & they were a big hit with everyone.  I used a full can of cold lemonade.  They came out so light and fluffy & so high too.  This made about 15 for me.  Will be using this as my regular recipe from now on.  I have never made scones in the thermomix before, but I will from now on.  Everyone loved them.
