  • 500 grams bakers flour
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 300 grams warm water

  • 3 tomatos, cut in half and thinly sliced

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate cheese if needed and set asside

     

  2. Clean and dry Closed lid

  3. Add flour, yeast, salt, water and oil to Closed lid

  4. Mix ingredients together Speed 5 for 5 seconds

  5. KneedDough mode 1 minute 30 seconds

  6. Wrap in thermomat or place in thermoserver and allow to prove for 20-30 minutes

  7. Divide mixture into 2 portions

  8. Roll out dough into a rectangle (size of thermomat)

  9. Cut into strips with spatula or back of knife

  10. Cover with tomato paste or sauce of choice

  11. Place salami or tomato at top of strip so that it over hangs.

  12. Add cheese to bottom

  13. Roll up the dough and place in oiled muffin tray

  14. Repeat steps 8-13 for tomato versions

  15. Place muffin trays in oven 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted

  16. Serve with basil or spinach leaves to your loved one. What says I love you better than pizza?
