If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Take the 3 sheets of Puff pastry out and place on a clean surface to defrost slightly before starting.
Pre heat oven at 200C
Cut cheese into 2cm cubes. Chop 10 sec, Speed 8. Set aside in medium bowl. Without washing bowl place ham and zuccini Chop 3 sec Speed 5. Set aside with cheese. Don't wash bowl.
Add Eggs, cream, garlic powder, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix 4 Sec, Speed 4. Add reserved cheese mixture Mix 4 Sec Speed 3.
Using a 2 1/4 Inch scone cutter, cut 16 rounds from each sheet (very little waste - see photos at top... press gently into 2, 24 hole Mini muffin trays. Fill up each case with the mixture and Bake in the Oven for approximately 20 Minutes - each oven is different...

Tip
Spray the tins if necessary but you don't need to if using good quality trays like the Rose Gold ones from The Mix Shop!
I love adding finely chopped chives or parsley.
Cherry tomato slices added to the top look great!

A serious flavour explosion. I was reading other comments, thinking, “seriously, it’s just quiche, it can’t be that good.” But oh my goodness, these are. I didn’t have any cream, so swapped for milk, and it worked great. I made 12 muffin size and 12 mini ones, and the ones we haven’t already devoured will be frozen for preschool lunchboxes.

We were heading to a party which we had to bring a plate to share. I was running late and found this recipe and thought I'd give it a go. Within 30 minutes my kitchen was smelling amazing and I had 48 delicious mini quiches to take. I received lots of compliments and they were eaten faster than I could have imagined. I omitted the puff pastry as I didnt have time to mess around and they still turned out great. Definitely a recipe I'll use again.

Best quiche I’ve ever made, even hubby who doesn’t like quiche ate these! I used 4 individual pie dishes rather than making mini ones in muffin tins and just cooked for a little longer. Will definitely make again, beautiful flavour.

The whole family totaly devoured these. I think the key ingredient is the Dijon mustard. The only things I changed is I cooked up some bacon and chopped that up instead of ham, and I added chives and I didnt have enough zucchini so i also added some broccoli to make up for it. The only problem is you cant cook enough of these lol.
