Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  1. Add 2 bananas to mixing bowl

  2. Puree bananas at speed 6 for 5 secs

  3. Add 120g of oatmeal to mixing bowl.

  4. Mix for 5 secs at speed 5.

If it looks very wet, add another 10-20g of rolled oats to the mix and stir it in.

  5. Add in mix-ins if you want and mix for another 3 secs at speed 5.

  6. Scoop out a dessert spoon of mix and put it on a cookie tray. Flatten slightly.

  7. Put it in the oven for 15-20 mins till golden brown.

Tip

10 seconds is all it takes.  5 seconds to mash the bananas, another 5 seconds to mix in the oats.

Any kind of stir-ins is great.  Simplest cookies you will ever make.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Thanks Geraldine these are great! So healthy and surprisingly tasty! I added 30g dried cranberries to the mix and topped each cookie with an almond. Yum
