    spoonlydz:

Yes, you can freeze this cake. When thawed I warmed it in the oven for 10-12 mins approx 170C and it makes the outside go crisp and caramelly again!

  • Not sure what's going on with

    Submitted by Eke on 9. May 2016 - 14:23.

Not sure what's going on with mine but I used spelt flour instead and it's still runny in the middle after an extra 25 minutes. Hmm silly me must be the spelt doh!

  • An easy cake, but I did feel

    Submitted by krazykook on 4. April 2016 - 15:36.

An easy cake, but I did feel the sugar flavour dominated and the apple, vanilla, cinnamon flavours were a little lost. If I made this again, I would reduce the sugar (maybe to half).

So yummy! It keeps really well (if you can stop it from being eaten) as it is a nice moist cake. I will be making it more often tmrc_emoticons.). Thank you.
