Recipe's preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease and line a 20cm springform cake pan.
1. Combine the cake mix, eggs and oil on sp4, using enough of the pear juice to make a smooth batter. Start with half a cup.
2. Fold through the drained diced pears, using the spatula.
3. Bake 40-45 mins or until cooked when tested.
4. Cool in pan before placing on a wire rack to cool.
5. Drizzle with lemon icing if desired by mixing 2 cups icing sugar and lemon juice to make a runny icing.
