      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line baking tray and set aside
  2. Place almonds and lemon zest in mixing bowl. 20 seconds speed 10
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, egg white and vanilla extract. 20 seconds speed 3.5
  4. Roll mixture into balls and and lightly press each one with your thumb.
  5. Top each cookie with a blanched almond.
  6. Bake at 170 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
